About Full Circle Wellbeing

Founded by an experienced practitioner specialising in education, SEMH, trauma-informed practice and wellbeing support, Full Circle Wellbeing was developed in response to a growing need for services that feel genuinely connected, inclusive and accessible. Through years of working alongside schools, families and young people, it became clear that many individuals were struggling to find support that looked beyond behaviour or labels and instead focused on understanding the person as a whole.

Full Circle Wellbeing was built around the idea that wellbeing does not exist in isolation. When one person is struggling, the effects are often felt across the family and wider community. Equally, when people feel safe, supported and connected, that impact can ripple outward in powerful ways.

This belief sits at the heart of everything we do.

Today, Full Circle Wellbeing is led by a growing team of specialists, mentors and practitioners with experience across education, therapeutic support, mentoring, neurodiversity and emotional wellbeing. While the organisation was pioneered and shaped by its founder’s vision and professional experience, the work itself is deeply collaborative - bringing together a network of professionals who share a commitment to improving mental health, strengthening relationships and creating a stronger sense of belonging within the community.

Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based and relational practice. We believe children, young people and families thrive when they feel heard, understood and connected to the people around them.

Rather than focusing solely on difficulties or outcomes, we aim to create safe and supportive spaces that nurture confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing over time.

A central part of our approach is recognising the importance of supporting the whole family. Parents and carers are often navigating emotional pressures, school systems and uncertainty in isolation, particularly around mental health, neurodiversity or periods of crisis. Full Circle Wellbeing aims to reduce that isolation by offering support that empowers families together, not just individuals separately.

Through mentoring, wellbeing programmes, therapeutic support, workshops and community-led projects, we aim to create lasting positive change across the local area -improving emotional wellbeing, reducing isolation and helping people feel a greater sense of connection and belonging.

Full Circle Wellbeing is a Community Interest Company (CIC) created to provide compassionate, relationship-led support for children, young people and families within the local community.

As a CIC, our work is driven by social purpose rather than profit. Any surplus generated is reinvested directly back into developing accessible services, expanding community projects and increasing opportunities for local children, young people and families to access meaningful support.
